Terms of Acquisition

Artistic Holdings:

• All original artworks and limited-edition prints presented on this site are the exclusive creations of Susanne Elisabeth.

• All listed prices are inclusive of applicable VAT.

• Collectors residing outside the European Union are responsible for all applicable import duties and taxes.

• Every effort has been made to accurately represent the lustrous hues of the artworks and prints. However, variations may occur due to individual monitor settings.

• While every care has been taken to provide impeccable dimensions, slight variations may occur.

• We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors and to adjust prices accordingly.

Acquisitions & Availability

• Each acquisition is subject to formal acceptance and the availability of the treasured piece.

• Susanne Elisabeth Art presents creations for acquisition that are held in her atelier, ready for meticulous dispatch. Kindly note that selections placed within your virtual compendium are not reserved and may be acquired by other discerning patrons.

Formal Acceptance of Your Acquisition

• Upon your considered selection and placement of an acquisition, you shall receive an email acknowledging the particulars of your request. This communication serves solely as a confirmation of its receipt and does not constitute formal acceptance. Unless you elect to withdraw your acquisition, formal acceptance and the culmination of the accord between you and Susanne Elisabeth Art shall be realized when we dispatch email confirmation of the item's entrustment to our esteemed delivery partner. The acquisition accord is therefore concluded within Zevenbergen, The Netherlands.

• We retain the prerogative to decline your acquisition in circumstances such as the inability to secure authorization for remittance, the application of specific consignment parameters to a chosen item, the unforeseen unavailability of the selected piece, its failure to meet our exacting standards of quality thus necessitating its withdrawal, or your non-adherence to the stipulated eligibility criteria within our Terms & Conditions.

• Furthermore, we reserve the exclusive right to refrain from processing and thereby accepting a transaction for any cause, or to decline service to any individual at any juncture, at our sole discretion. We shall not be held accountable to you or any external party for our decision to withdraw any offering from our digital atelier, irrespective of its prior acquisition; to refine, curate, or amend any materials or content herein; to decline the processing of a transaction; or to annul or suspend any transaction subsequent to its commencement.

Acquisition & Payment:

• Full payment is required prior to the dispatch of any prized artwork or print.

• We offer a selection of secure payment methods, ensuring a seamless transaction.

• Prices shown on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.

• You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

• All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Susanne Elisabeth Art, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

• In addition, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Grand Delivery & Transit:

• Shipments are facilitated through esteemed courier services, ensuring secure transit.

• Artworks and prints may also be collected by appointment at the atelier address listed above.

• All artworks and prints are meticulously packaged for secure transit, guaranteeing their pristine condition upon arrival.

• Complimentary shipping is provided. Collectors are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.

• Please ensure that the provided delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the shipment. A contact telephone number is required for refined courier coordination.

• Delivery times provided by esteemed courier services are beyond our direct control.

• Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing shipment details and tracking information, allowing you to follow your treasured acquisition.

• In the event of visible damage upon delivery, please either refuse the shipment or note the damage with the courier. Please document the damage with photographs and notify us immediately at susanneelisabethart@proton.me.

Collector's Return & Cancellation Policies:

• Custom and commissioned artworks are non-refundable, as they are bespoke creations.

• In the unlikely event that a commissioned artwork does not align with the agreed-upon specifications, we will endeavor to address your concerns in consultation.

• Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. A full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

• Returns of non-commissioned artworks are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. A sale will be deemed final if the painting is damaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the discerning collector.

• Upon return, all paintings are screened by my in-house expert before granting a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without refund.

• In the event of a defect or error in delivery, please contact us immediately to arrange a refined resolution.
